Dear Trevor: Please feel free to use our testimony We are pleased to endorse 4 Pillars consulting Group and consultant Trevor Glasser. We phoned Trevor in August/09 following up on an advertisement for 4 pillars Consulting Group because of our concern of our finances. We had continually gone behind in our finances to a point where we had become desperate. Our credit card debt was now out of control. Our phone call to Trevor led to an interview where our options were explained to us but more importantly Trevor showed a sincere concern to help us. I cannot think of one improvement. Your service is the best! Firstly I have to thank the powers that be that directed me to 4 pillars and Adrian Moore. As soon as I met with Adrian I knew I was in good hands and had come to the right place. Adrian and 4 pillars are all that they say and more. Respectful, professional, knowledgeable and non-judgemental. Never too busy to answer my many calls. I was over $100,000 in unsecured debt. It’s been 1 year since my proposal. I followed your advice; I opened a PC account with no fees, I obtained a credit card through capital one and guess what!?!?!? I am now driving a brand new 2016 Mercedes Benz!!! AND I just made my first mortgage payment today!!!! Wow what a difference a year makes! What a difference you made for me!

Total relief here we come

We were at an all time low with rising debt spinning out of control getting deeper and deeper in debt steadily over the last few years. We didn’t know what else to do with no end in sight. Asked a friend if she knew who we could talk to help. It was the best thing we ever did. We were given Trevor Glasser’s name contact information at 4 Pillars. We immediately felt that this was going to help us and started working with Trevor right away. He was extremely helpful knowledgeable and offered us all the help we needed to turn our situation around. Before Trevor helped us we were at a whopping $152,252 in excessive debt. To whom it may concern:

After a series of rather unfortunate circumstance occurred to me beginning with an injury in 2015 that combined with an existing chronic illness prevented me from continuing work and forced an early retirement that cut my income from just over $3000 a month to $0 initially and following a lengthy fight with an insurance company and the government got that income back to about half of what it had been previously it became quite evident that things were going south quickly with respect to the finances in my life. My modest savings had been depleted while fighting the insurance company and Canada Pension and my credit cards had become pretty much maxed out trying to keep ahead of payments and keep the heat and hydro on not to mention food on the table while these battles were on going.

Even though settlements were reached and back payments were made by the time of that occurred I had gotten so deeply in debt that the only chance I thought I would have to live any kind of normal life again would be to declare bankruptcy and start over. At age 55+ that was not something that I really was looking forward to but I felt I had no choice.

By chance after a routine visit to my dental office which happened to be next door to the 4 pillars Personal Debt Restructuring office in Peterborough I dropped in and became acquainted with Adrian Moore. That turned out to be a changing day in my life and one of the best decisions I have made.

Adrian treated me with nothing but respect. He took what I perceived as an unmanageable mountain of debt and with his help and guidance we built a consumer proposal that cut my debt to a manageable amount and offered a considerable decrease if I were able to work hard with my budget and make further cuts in order to repay the proposal sooner. I was never made to feel like a failure or an idiot for having debt get out of control in the first place. He seemed to understand that sometimes things are beyond your control and that even when you have done everything right for all of those years things can still go wrong.

I am happy to report after just 6 months into the proposal I was able to pay the entire amount off saving me thousands of dollars. The debt that I thought I would never repay s gone and I am steadily working on rebuilding my credit rating to its former good standing.

I would highly recommend Adrian and 4 Pillars Debt Restructuring service to anyone in need of debt counselling before going anywhere else. There are fees for their service of course, but these too I found reasonable and Adrian worked very hard to fit them into my budget and make them as painless as possible. (And I might add that they were far less than many of other options out there including the non-profit options).

Thanks to Adrian Moore my life went from one of desperation to one with a bright and sunny outlook in far less than a year and I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart and from my very stressed and overworked mind for helping me retake control of my life in such a professional and understanding manner.

Started with the rebuilding of credit history, went online to apply for the capitol One Secured MasterCard and waiting for them to send the documents. In Appreciation and Praise of Trevor

In September of 2014, I called Trevor for an appointment. I had noticed his advertisement in a flyers envelop and had saved it. Several times in the past, I had attempted to find a financial solution by contacting three major banks and even a financial adviser at a well-known local accounting firm. The end result of these contacts was sell more assets, keep paying the interest charges for the rest of my life. Trevor basically explained how he could help me over the telephone. At the first appointment he reviewed financial sheets and background information I had prepared. He pointed out to me that I was actually a victim of fraud. I was instructed to fill out budget details, produce certain documents and asked to pay his deposit. After about six weeks I met with Trevor with my homework completed. I was told how the Trustee works/is engaged and decided at this point to proceed in early January 2015. The paperwork was filed and the waiting period for court approval commenced. Trevor called me to meet with him after the waiting period time. He explained everything was approved and that in five years with much smaller payments than I was paying on interest only the credit card debts would be cleared. For the next couple of months I did receive threatening calls from one of the banks who had engaged a Collection agency. I blocked the call numbers, but finally I answered a couple. They would not listen to me that they should contact the Trustee. As a result, I phoned Trevor, he advised me to call the Trustee immediately. Trevor immediately provided the name and phone number. Within three days of calling the Trustee all calls stopped. I am very appreciative of how Trevor was able to assist me. He is always just a phone call away if a questions arises.
