As a co-founder and President of 4 Pillars Consulting, Reg is still very hands on with the success of the offices and he currently conducts the field training to ensure new offices have the best opportunity for success. Reg is responsible for educating new franchisees on the process to open a 4 Pillars office and plays a key role in establishing and developing new and existing business relationships with our franchisees, trustees, and outside professionals. Troy maintains and oversees all technology-centric aspects of the 4 Pillars infrastructure. As a co-founder of 4 Pillars Consulting, Troy's responsibilities include mapping and developing key strategic plans for integrating new services and revenue streams into the existing business model. Troy is also committed to one-on-one coaching of the offices to ensure they maximize growth of their business in the communities they serve. Troy is also a huge supporter of financial literacy in Canada and works with a number of non-profit organizations in Edmonton and sits on a national steering committee tasked with increasing financial literacy across Canada.

Paul's responsibilities include providing support for the offices and working with them on structuring complex files. Paul is also responsible for sourcing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to continue the growth of 4 Pillars and the success of the offices. Paul joined 4 Pillars management team after previously owning a 4 Pillars franchise, prior to that Paul had a 15 year career in the investment and banking industry.
