My first visit to 4 Pillars was with Anna at the NE office. She was very professional and went through my accounts and documents thoroughly to come up with a better advice to suit my situation. Schedules were set up on the next steps to be taken but I told her I will keep in touch - reason being I needed some time to soak up the notes and make a decision whether to continue with the proposal. Seven months thereafter, I have not yet made a decision and I was not even pushed to make up my mind. During one of my trips to the SW, I noticed the 4 Pillars sign closer to where I reside. I tried to consult 4 Pillars again after I lost my job and have difficulty repaying my debts. Again, I met with professional staff but this time, bankruptcy was offered on the table which I soo terribly hate. I asked if I could avail of Consumer Proposal instead to which calculations were made and I was allowed to. They were so kind as to extend the fees proposed by the NE office seven months earlier. I was thereafter referred to Mallory who was so kind and patient with my questions and concerns be it thru emails or in person. She took care of all the documents needed and advised me on how to handle pesky creditors and collection agencies. Talking to a trustee proved daunting, uncomfortable and "scary". That said, I am truly happy to have approached 4 Pillars to help me with my financial woes than going directly to a trustee. I will definitely recommend 4 Pillars without second thoughts. Thank you so much to 4 Pillars! Thank you for helping me get back on track with my life!
No longer a (debt) slave and I am on the way to getting my life back!
