I’m Robert Glen, a debt relief specialist serving West & South Windsor.
I was born, raised, and educated in Windsor and Essex County.
The west side and south end of Windsor have their own mix of pressures. Around the University of Windsor and Olde Sandwich Towne, a lot of people are renting, studying or working part-time. Along Huron Church and near the Ambassador Bridge, jobs often depend on trucking, logistics and cross-border trade. In South Windsor, Roseland, LaSalle and Amherstburg, families are carrying mortgages, car payments and the cost of raising kids. When credit cards and lines of credit start covering the gaps, I can help you understand your options. I start with your real numbers, then explain which options fit, from a tighter budget and money coaching and a debt management plan to a formal solution through a Licensed Insolvency Trustee. See all of our services.
If you can afford a regular monthly payment but not your full unsecured balances, a consumer proposal lets you offer creditors part of what you owe over up to five years, with no interest, and you generally keep your assets. Only a Licensed Insolvency Trustee can file it, and your creditors vote on it. 4 Pillars is not a trustee. I help you prepare and connect you with one. How a consumer proposal works.
If your income is limited and there’s little to protect, bankruptcy may be the more realistic route. Only a Licensed Insolvency Trustee can file it, and Ontario law decides which assets you keep. I’ll walk you through what it would mean for you first. Learn about bankruptcy.
With good credit, a consolidation loan can turn several payments into one, but it doesn’t reduce what you owe. A refinance moves unsecured debt onto your home, so compare options for homeowners first. Once your debt is under control, I’ll help with credit rebuilding.

No. If your lender sells the home and the sale doesn’t cover the mortgage, the shortfall becomes an unsecured debt. It can generally be dealt with in a consumer proposal along with your other unsecured debts, without going bankrupt.
Your first consultation is free. If I can help, I’ll tell you my fee upfront, before you decide anything. If you file a consumer proposal, the trustee’s fees are set by federal rules and paid out of your proposal payments.
No. We can start with a short phone call at (519) 969-8231, and meet in person if it makes sense.
