Can only one person in a marriage file for a Consumer Proposal?
If you alone file for protection from your creditors in either a Bankruptcy or a Consumer proposal, all of your assets and any joint assets must be listed. Also, when preparing a Consumer Proposal, both incomes must be recorded.
